Renee is a wife and the mother of two grown sons. One is an Army Veteran, and the other finds happiness on the back of a bucking bull. She spends her days teaching middle school and her evenings sitting with her husband while she writes sweet contemporary romances set in small towns.

She enjoys baking and doing her best to keep plants alive in the southeast Texas heat. Butterflies and hummingbirds fluttering around flowers and birds eating from a feeder bring her joy.

Growing up, Renee wanted to read the books her friends enjoyed. Unfortunately, Dyslexia stood in the way. Instead, she watched a lot of T.V. and got lost in daydreams. Today, she reads the books and puts her daydreams into words.
